Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. The trial lasts 14 days and you're not committed to anything.
What language is the dashboard in?
The dashboard screens are currently in English. Your own data — services, products, customer names — can be written in Greek or any language you like.
Can my customers book online?
Yes. You get your own booking page and a widget you can put on your website, with email confirmations and reminders.
Does it take card payments online?
Not yet. The point of sale records payments made by cash, by card on your own terminal, by bank transfer or with a gift card.
I have more than one shop. Does it work for me?
Yes. Growth covers 2 locations, Professional 5 and Enterprise 10 — each with its own reception station, hours, staff and stock. For more, ask for a Custom package.
Is my data safe?
Each business's data is kept completely separate, sign-in supports two-step verification, and we follow GDPR. See our privacy policy for details.

Can I change plan later?
Yes, at any time, up or down.
How do I pay for my subscription?
By card, charged automatically each month. The owner adds the card under Plan & modules in the dashboard, on Stripe's secure page — we never see the card details. Prices are final, with no VAT added. You are charged on the same day each month and the receipt arrives by email. Change the card, get invoices or cancel under “Card & invoices”.
What if I pay late?
You have 5 days' grace. After that the account is view-only until we receive payment — you can see everything, you just can't make changes. Your data is never deleted.
Does the till issue tax receipts?
No. The till (POS) records your sales and its receipt says “Not a tax receipt”. Keep your own fiscal cash register for tax receipts.
Does payroll produce final payslips?
Payroll calculates salaries, overtime, commission, tax and contributions as an aid — it is for calculation purposes only and the amounts must be checked by your accountant. Every line can be corrected, you add what you need, and a payslip reaches the employee only when you send it.
